Europe’s hardest working Soca artist is back again with brandnew 9-track album. Scrappy was touring all over Europe with his band Tropical Storm, including a great performance at Berlin Carnival (opening up for Kes).
Scrappy is also the reigning Groovy Monarch of his home country Montserrat.
The idea behind the album is to show that soca music is a ‘we ting’. Doctors, lawyers, mechanics, teachers, cleaners… they all make up the community and the culture of soca. A soca music lover doesn’t have to come from the Caribbean only nor be involved in carnival alone.
